Challenge

Create a high-footfall Mercedes-Benz experience to generate brand interest, leads, and sales among their key audience and showcase the brand’s digital environment where shoppers can get up close and personal with Mercedes Benz award-winning range.

Solution

We created over 40 temporary pop-up Mercedes shops in high footfall, top-tier locations across the UK that went beyond the traditional showroom, using digital to immerse shoppers with an F1 Simulator, RFID touch tables and mini model tours where shoppers could discover and explore Mercedes models. 

Mercedes-Benz merchandise was available for purchase and Motorsport fans were catered for with a life-size Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 car and popular pieces from the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One range.

Results

As a direct sales channel, the pop-ups have been hugely successful with over 400+ cars sold to date and over 6000+ active leads generated. To date, we have created 70 activations, 40 pop-up stores and 30 placements and have also been able to make £1m of savings against  landowner rate card rates
